CIRCULAR

Sub:  Hot Work Permission & Bunkering Permission

        While requesting for Hot Work Permission on board, following information are required to be furnished:

1.                Brief description of the Defects and location of proposed hot work on the vessel.

2.                Name of the repair firm or Ship’s staff, who will carry out the hot work.

Similarly while requesting for Bunkering permission, following information are also required to be furnished:

1.                Description of the POL products to be received (FO / DO / LO etc.)

2.                Name of the firm, who will supply the Bunkers.
