Please note that Sign on / Sign off of Ship's Crew at Anchorage and SPM area shall be allowed during Day Light only subject to favourable weather conditions.   However, in case of medical emergencies and other un-avoidable circumstances, same may be done durng darkness only on special approval from the undersigned.
