Sub: Loading of Iron Ore Fines at Paradip Port

Dear Sirs,

 

Due to development of a "Deep Depression", in South Bay of Bengal, Paradip Port may experience some un-seasonal rain / drizzle on 06th, 07th & 08th December 2010.   Hence, to ensure safe loading of Iron Ore Fines, it is suggested to appoint a P&I Surveyor in addition to the Cargo Surveyor engaged by the Charterers to ensure the vessels are loading in a safe manner as per the BC Code.   The engagement may continue till 12th December 2010 and on further dates, if the rain continues.
